Our prices are:
1. Pre-action advice and letter of representations (if relevant)- £60.00
2. Detailed Mitigation Letter ( following postal guilty plea) to any
Magistrates Court in England and Wales - £60.00
3. Attendance at any court in England and Wales by solicitor or barrister
in the following circumstances:
(a). First appearance on a matter charged to court - in order to receive
the evidence at court and advice upon the same.
If a plea of Guilty is entered to mitigate fully on behalf of the client.
If a plea of Not Guilty is entered to set the matter down for trial
(b)Plea of Guilty in response to a Summons where the Court has either
ordered attendance or the client has requested attendance.
- will provide representation at court in order to mitigate fully, plead
"Special Reasons" for not endorsing/disqualifying in appropriate cases,
plead "Exceptional Hardship" in the face of a penalty points
disqualification in appropriate cases.

4. Preparation and presentation of a ½ hour day trial (set down for up to
3 hours)
£550.00 ( less any sum already paid under category 3 (a) above).
5. Preparation and presentation of a 1 day trial ( set down for more than
3 hours)
£800.00 ( less any sum already paid under category 3 (a) above).
6. Pre-trial hearings or adjourned sentence hearings - £125.00 per hearing.
7. ½ day ( set down for up to 3 hours) Appeal to the Crown Court £650.00
8. Full day ( set down for more than 3 hours) Appeal to the Crown Court

All of the above prices are fixed and VAT is not currently charged by us.
NB: The above fees quoted represent the professional charges of GB Law for
providing appropriate representation for you and due not include the cost
of such matters as doctors, engineers or other expert reports which if
relevant to your case would have to be paid for by you.
If the case against you is dismissed you may be entitled to the return of
part or all of your legal costs
GB Law can accept payment by many major debit and credit cards but reserve
the right to levy a surcharge of 2% of the amount to be paid in order to
defray the costs incurred by GB Law in offering this facility.
