  GB LAW - Services

The sooner we hear from you the sooner we are able to offer
sound advice to you.

Some matters can be dealt with even prior to the issue of a Summons by
representations appropriate to the circumstances of your particular case
being  made to the relevant prosecuting authority.

Likewise, even when a formal allegation has been made in the form of a
Fixed Penalty Notice Summons or Charge, written representations on your
behalf may successfully lead to the matter being resolved without the need
for a court appearance.

In circumstances where the matter is not contested and you wish to make a
written plea of Guilt, GB Law can assist in preparing your written
mitigation to the court which may assist in reducing the severity of the
penalty for the offence.

GB Law are able to assist by ensuring that your plea in mitigation
contains all the information that the courts should be responsive to
having regard to the particular circumstances of  your offence and your
individual circumstances.

If you have to attend court then GB Law can arrange  to have a lawyer to
attend court with you in order to advise you  on the evidence  that may be
served at court on the day  and depending on that advice either mitigate
on your behalf  at court or set the matter down for trial.

If the matter is set down for trial GB Law will assist  you in preparing
your case for trial and ensuring representation by an
advocate at the trial.
